Green Apple Banana Smoothie:
1 Green Apple
1 Banana
1 Small Original Flavored Yogurt
6 Ice Cubes
BLEND!
This is a great way to start off your morning. If you're like me and don't like to make the whole 'big breakfast' deal your daily thing than you'll like this. Honestly, when ever I eat a huge breakfast it never really makes me feel energized and productive, it more so makes me want to take a nap. This does the trick for me, I always feel energized and productive after enjoying a fruit smoothie, try it out!

ReplyDeleteIt's delicious! Make sure you peel the skin off of the apple first. I just use a potato peeler to do that, and you're good to go. And if you like your smoothie's sweeter a little tip is to use a very ripe banana, nearly brown
ReplyDeleteDidn't want to comment until I tried it......and its FANTASTIC!!! Love apples, but I have a love/hate relationship with bananas. I think this is just filling enough to get me thru the morning until lunch. Thanks for the recipe Brosia!
