I am completely upsessed with stripes, I will have to invite you all to my closet soon, all of my recent purchases have incorporated at least 1 item that has black and white stripes. They make me happy. I've even contemplated on painting an accent wall in my room with wide vertical stripes

The vertical stripes will make your room feel more grand with high ceilings. You should go for it. Love the shirt.
